I am here to guide you, open doors, give tools, smooth edges, ruffle your feathers and calm anxieties, and help you navigate the waters of your journey. I play big. Dr. Robin uses over 15 years of experience of teaching yoga, life coaching, and private practice as a chiropractor to tailor each patient's Wellness Program to her/his needs. Based of the Four Pillars of Health principle, each person who comes into the office is extensively evaluated before proceeding with care. You are never obligated to begin care after an evaluation, and we will give you the best possible understanding of how your health problems fit into our holistic model.
The Four Pillars of Health:
1. A clear and well-functioning nervous system: Nervous system = information highway. If it's not working, you can't live properly. Includes gentle adjustments, soft tissue work, cranial suture work.
2. Proper nutrition: Food = Building blocks for the tissues of your body. You are what you eat! Includes whole food based supplements, dietary changes, allergy testing.
3. Adequate Rest: Rest = Time to Heal. Includes sleep, meditation, Reiki, and restorative yoga.
4. Healthy Movement: Movement = Healthy function and detoxification of toxins. Includes stretches, proper and adequate exercise, yoga and correct posture.
