The 4 Pillars of Health in Pregnancy

In order to thrive as human beings, we need 4 things:

A well-functioning nervous system: the chiropractic adjustment


Each pillar is just as necessary as the others in order for us to achieve optimal health. When a woman is carrying a child, her body has special needs as she is under extra stress! Dr. Robin can help you achieve each pillar of health in realistic and easy ways in your life. Optimal Nutrition: Dr. Robin uses Standard Process supplements in her office because they are all food-based and as clean as possible, meaning they are safe for pregnant women and even children! You can set up a nutritional consultation to determine which supplements are appropriate for you, or schedule it along with a chiropractic adjustment.

Adequate rest: We all know that sleep becomes more elusive as pregnancy continues, which is actually your body training you to be sleepless for awhile when your baby is first born! Unfortunately, our lives don't necessarily slow down to accommodate for rest during the day.
